Chibamba Kanyama is married to a childhood friend Eneless Chisaya. He fell in love with her at the age of 10 while at Chikankata primary School. They were classmates at the time.

While in Grade 4, Eneless was awarded the best pupil in the December end of year test and this infuriated Chibamba who came second. He resolved at that moment he would befriend Eneless until he scored in other areas.

Today, Eneless is a mother of four children, Victor-Amedzo (1993), Chisaya (1995) and Mutinta-Telma (2000). and Chibamba Jr (2009).

Victor was named after Chibamba’s long-term friend, Victor Amedzo who came to lecturer Economics and Business Studies at Everyn Hone College from Ghana.

Eneless is a nurse at Chelstone Clinic. Victor and Chisaya are currently studying at Lwengu School.
