Chibamba holds seminars largely in conjunction with corporate entities on a range of topics such as managing personal finance, budgeting skills, creating wealth, personal motivation, team work, investing money in shares, personal goal setting, thinking outside the box, etc.

After holding a very successful teens national conference, which was dubbed "Creating The Future Teenager's Conference", the Committee resolved that the Creating the Future should be registered as a trust. In this regard, it will be accountable and focussed. In addition, the trust will be involved in other activities related to mentorship and transformation among young people.

It will seek to sponsor young people into schools, colleges and universities. With God, all things are possible! And with the support of the government, companies and parents, we can significantly change our country and create wealth! We are planning a two-and-half day conference in August next year with a change of focus.
